I transformed a run-down Catskills farmhouse into a gem of design, functionality and environmental sensitivity. I completely reroofed and resided the exterior, boosted insulation, upgraded interior spaces including the kitchen, redesigned a great room for passive solar and great views, and turned the building’s center of gravity toward the water.
