234-238 Warren Street, HUDSON, NY

Planet GBS, with a partner, has purchased two adjoining commercial properties in the blossoming river town of Hudson, NY. We are renovating both commercial spaces on the street level as well as apartments throughout the two buildings. Our aim is to restore these two properties to their former glory and offer attractive spaces to creative enterprises. We are thrilled to be a part of the town’s resurgence.

At 234 Warren Street, Fat Cat Records, relocating from Williamsburg —combining administrative space with a storefront retail operation selling their CDs and vinyl—will soon join Geoffrey Good Jewelry, and Jim Wach hair salon, in refurbished retail storefront space. One additional new business will fill out the ground floor retail in early 2014.

CLARK On 234-238 Warren Street, Hudson, NY:

“We loved this building from the start, and were thrilled to acquire it at a time when Hudson is rapidly on the rise.  The 200 block of Warren—part of Hudson's “Below 3rd Street” marketing campaign—has the feel of the East Village or Williamsburg in the 90s. It’s still far more affordable than the more central upscale blocks, and is becoming a hub of very creative small enterprises.  Our aim is to support and build on that.”
