Programming Cooper Union Facilities.
I managed a campus-wide programming effort to streamline space use, improve interdisciplinary interaction, and downsize facilities space by nearly 10%—significantly reducing the college’s physical footprint and energy needs. This effort including engaging the entire Cooper academic community, and was essential groundwork for designing and building 41 Cooper Square and remodeling the Foundation Building.
